Perrito NaguarEl perrito caliente es uno de los exponentes de la «fast food» de origen europeo.

Para Pedro Martino «un hot dog puede estar tan bueno como una hamburguesa o como un bocadillo de jamón». En esta receta ha querido darle el toque Naguar que pone en todas sus elaboraciones, trasladando una comida de calle a su restaurante, como explica en el suplemento Yantar.

El perrito Naguar tiene como ingredientes crema de queso Cabrales, patatas paja, aros de cebolla, azúcar, chile, parmesano rallado, cilantro y apio, además de la salchica, que en este caso no está cocida sino pasada por la plancha y el pan.
